What you may say
Use these lines word for word. Every number on this page is published and sourced.
“Your clients are losing margin at the border.”
“One referral link. Recurring commissions. Zero inventory, zero support tickets — we fulfill, you earn.”
“Unmodeled costs are recoverable margin.”
“A real entry charged $19,396.50 more duty than the PO-date estimate. LCIE prices the duty on the day the PO is signed.”
Approved facts you may cite
- US MPF: 0.3464% of entered value, $34.58 minimum / $670.86 maximum per formal entry (FY2027, from 1 Oct 2026).
- US Harbor Maintenance Fee: 0.125% on ocean shipments, no minimum or maximum; air/rail/truck exempt.
- Section 301 country duty since 24 July 2026: 12.5% China/Vietnam, 10% India/Pakistan/UK and others; caps for EU/Taiwan (10%) and Japan/Korea/Switzerland (12.5%). Source: CBP CSMS #69326983.
- EU: €150 duty relief ended 1 Jul 2026; €3 flat B2C duty (Reg. 2026/382) + €2 handling fee from 1 Nov 2026 (Reg. 2026/2108).
- Australia: 10% GST above A$1,000; IPC A$50 (under A$10,000) or A$152 (A$10,000+, electronic); biosecurity A$48 air / A$71 sea.
- Every China-origin US line is checked against the official HTSUS Section 301 lists (Lists 1–4A); the list duty stacks with the 12.5% country duty. Example: pool-filter cartridges (5911.90) pay 3.8% + 25% + 12.5%.
- LCIE screens every origin for all four destinations: US column 2 rates (Russia, Belarus, North Korea, Cuba), sanctions import bans, Section 232 scope, anti-dumping orders, and Australia's additional 35% duty on Russian and Belarusian goods (to 24 Oct 2027).
- Every LCIE report runs 8 automatic accuracy checks (stack adds up, lines reconcile, Section 301 lists checked, notes agree with the stack, one code per product family, notes quote their own line, all lines priced, origin screens) and shows the result.
Claims etiquette
Do not present LCIE output as customs, legal or tax advice; do not promise specific duty outcomes; do not quote earnings beyond the published rate arithmetic. Always keep the line: “planning estimates — verify with a licensed customs broker.” Use the quotes on the left word for word.

Five emails, written and checked
Emails 1–3 are for importers in your network; 4–5 are for people who signed up through your link. Replace [YOUR LINK] with your Lemon Squeezy referral link and the names in brackets with your own. Keep the disclosure and “planning estimates” lines.
Email 1 — The problem, first contact
Hi [First name], Quick question: when you raise a purchase order, how do you price the import duty? Most importers use a supplier quote and one duty rate. At the border the bill is a stack: base duty, Section 301 duties by origin and product list, Section 232 where it applies, the Merchandise Processing Fee and, by sea, the Harbor Maintenance Fee. In the UK, the EU and Australia, VAT or GST is charged on top of the duty. There is a free landed-cost calculator that shows every layer, in the currency you pay in, before you sign the PO: [YOUR LINK] If you have a full purchase order, the G(P)⁴-LCIE agent classifies every line against the official tariff and builds the landed cost per unit. The first PO is free after a quick sign-up. It gives planning estimates, not customs advice, so have the final entry checked by a licensed customs broker. Email 2 — Tariff-change news hook
Hi [First name], Duty rates moved again this year. Since 24 July 2026 the US charges a Section 301 country duty by origin (12.5% on goods from China and Vietnam, 10% from India and many other countries), on top of the base rate and any Section 301 list duty. From 1 October 2026 the Merchandise Processing Fee per formal entry is at least $34.58 and at most $670.86. If your costing sheet still uses last quarter's rates, the landed cost on your current POs is probably understated. This free calculator reads the rates in force on the day you run it and shows the full stack: [YOUR LINK] For a whole purchase order, the G(P)⁴-LCIE agent does it line by line, with the official source for each rate. The first PO is free after a quick sign-up. Planning estimates only; your licensed customs broker confirms the final entry. [Your name] Disclosure: this is an affiliate link. Email 3 — Real-case follow-up
Hi [First name], A real case, names removed. On 1 July 2025 a US distributor placed a PO for refrigerator water filters from China. Using the rates in force that day, the expected duty was $23,690.50. When the goods were entered in September, the entry summary charged $43,087.00: $19,396.50 more, because a Section 301 exclusion that still applied had been left off. Someone compared the entry with the PO-date estimate, the entry was corrected, and the duty came back to the expected figure. That comparison only works if the duty is priced line by line when the PO is signed. That is what the G(P)⁴-LCIE agent does: [YOUR LINK] The full case is on the LCIE page, and your first PO is free after a quick sign-up. Planning estimates only; your licensed customs broker confirms the final entry. [Your name] Disclosure: this is an affiliate link. I may earn a commission if you subscribe, at no extra cost to you.
Email 4 — For a new sign-up: run your first PO
Hi [First name], Thanks for trying LCIE. Five tips for a clean first run: 1. Upload the PO as it is (PDF, CSV, ERP export or pasted lines). LCIE reads the lines, origin and destination; check them on the next screen. 2. Describe each product in full where you can: what it is, what it is made of, what it is used for. A part number alone can be misread. 3. Enter freight, insurance and any broker fee before you run. Under FOB/EXW they are added; under CIF/CFR tell LCIE what the price already includes. 4. If a line asks a question (for example material or use), answer it. That line's duty is held back until you do, so the total is never guessed. 5. Read the "Accuracy checks" box under the duty stack. PASS on all 8 means the stack adds up and every duty layer was checked. REVIEW tells you exactly which line to confirm. Help with any report is free: support@alpine-rcic.com (quote the PO number). It is a planning estimate, not customs advice, so have the final entry checked by a licensed customs broker. [Your name]
Email 5 — After the free PO: the plan decision
Hi [First name], You have run your free purchase order through LCIE. If the landed cost per unit changed how you see that order, the plans are simple: - $49 a month: 10 purchase orders a month, cancel any time. - $499 for 3 months: unlimited purchase orders. Both include line-by-line HS/HTS classification, the full duty stack with sources, unit-cost exports and the accuracy checks. Plans: [YOUR LINK] If something in your report looked wrong or incomplete, reply to support@alpine-rcic.com with the PO number before you decide; it is reviewed free of charge.
