Who we are
This website, alpine-rcic.com, is operated by M/s Alpine Trade Concerns (“we”, “us”), trading as Green G(P)⁴™ Global Operations, based in Lahore, Pakistan. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Contact us about privacy at support@alpine-rcic.com.
What we collect
- Request forms: your name, work email, company, country, optional phone number, and the answers you give about your business, imports, fleet or systems.
- Calculator results: when you send a request after using one of our calculators, a summary of the figures you entered may be attached so we can prepare for the first call.
- Payments: handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record. We receive your name, email, plan and licence details; we never see your full card details.
- Website usage: our server keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting, and deletes them after 30 days. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To reply to your request, confirm scope and send a payment link.
- To deliver the assessments and services you buy, and provide access to the LCIE AI agent.
- To keep records required for accounting and tax.
- To improve the website and our services, using aggregated statistics only.
We process this data because it is needed to take steps at your request before entering a contract, to perform a contract with you, to meet legal obligations, or for our legitimate interest in running and improving our business. We do not sell personal data.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers that process data on our behalf:
- Formspree (form handling and email delivery)
- Neon (database for LCIE accounts and licence keys)
- Z.ai (AI processing of purchase orders you upload to LCIE)
- Our cloud server provider (hosting of this website and the LCIE agent)
- Lemon Squeezy (payments and licence keys)
- Gumroad (e-book sales, when you buy a book there)
- Google Fonts (font files loaded by your browser)
Some of these providers are based in, or process data in, the United States and other countries outside the UK and EU. Where required, transfers rely on the providers’ standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you. Customer and billing records are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires. You can ask us to delete your data earlier where the law allows.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under UK and EU data protection law, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive a copy of it. To use these rights, email support@alpine-rcic.com. If you are in the UK or EU and are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or your local data protection authority.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18.
