Refund Policy

LCIE AI Landed-Cost Agent

• Monthly plan ($49): cancel at any time and you will not be charged again. If you have not processed any purchase order, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. After that, the current month is not refundable.
• 3-month plan ($499): you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have processed fewer than 3 purchase orders.
• Free trial: no payment is taken.

Fixed-price assessments

Assessments are fully refundable until work starts. Work starts when we begin reviewing your documents or data. After that, payment is not refundable, but if we fail to deliver the stated scope we will complete it or refund you.

Custom integration projects

Refunds follow the milestones in your statement of work. Paid discovery is credited against the build if you go ahead.

How to request a refund

Email support@alpine-rcic.com with your order number. Approved refunds are paid through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method. Your statutory consumer rights, where they apply, are not affected.
