About these terms

These terms apply to alpine-rcic.com, the free calculators, the LCIE AI Landed-Cost Agent (“LCIE”) and the assessments and projects offered by M/s Alpine Trade Concerns (“we”, “us”). By using the site or buying a service, you agree to them.

Estimates, not advice

LCIE and the calculators are planning and estimation tools. We are not a licensed customs broker, and nothing we produce is legal, customs, tax or compliance advice. HS/HTS classifications, duty rates, taxes, fees and carbon charges are indicative and may be incomplete or out of date. Final classification and duty are decided by the relevant customs authority. Do not file customs entries based on our outputs without review by a licensed customs broker.

LCIE plans

  • Monthly plan: $49 per month for up to 10 purchase orders per calendar month. Unused purchase orders do not roll over. It renews monthly until you cancel.
  • 3-month plan: $499 for unlimited purchase orders for 3 months from purchase. It does not renew automatically.
  • Free trial: one purchase order, once per customer.
  • Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, and its buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

Assessments and projects

Each assessment has the price and scope stated on its page. We confirm scope and send a payment link before work starts. Work begins once payment and the information we request are received. Custom integration projects are quoted after scoping, and the agreed statement of work sets out what is included.

Your responsibilities

  • Give accurate information; results depend on it.
  • Keep your licence key private and use the service only for your own business.
  • Do not attempt to copy, resell, reverse-engineer or overload the service.

Intellectual property

Green G(P)⁴™ is a trademark of M/s Alpine Trade Concerns. The G(P)⁴™ framework, site content, reports and software remain our property. You may use reports we deliver to you for your own business purposes.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for duties, penalties, delays, lost profits or other losses arising from reliance on estimates, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction, unless the law of your country gives you a non-waivable right to bring a claim where you live.
