What we review

  • Plan: demand forecasting, sales and operations planning, inventory policy, landed-cost budgeting before a purchase order is raised, and carbon or energy targets.
  • Procure: supplier base and approval, ESG criteria in supplier selection, contracts and RFQs, Incoterms, customs data and trade agreement use.
  • Produce: process flow, energy use, waste, packaging and quality losses such as scrap and rework.
  • Provide: distribution network, carriers and your own fleet, delivery performance, and the carbon data your customers request.
  • Management system: ISO certificates, the quality or integrated manual, SOP index and document codes, internal audits and the risk register.

Questions about this assessment

Does this assessment give us ISO certification?

No. The assessment is ISO-aligned: it reviews your system against good practice and the G(P)⁴™ framework. Only an accredited certification body can issue ISO certificates.

We have more than 50 staff or several sites. Can we still use it?

Yes, but as a full four-pillar audit with a fixed quote based on your size and number of sites. Send the form and say so in the message.

Do we need an ISO certificate to take part?

No. Businesses without a formal management system can be assessed; the report shows which documents and controls to build first.

What happens to the documents we send?

They are used only for this assessment. An NDA can be signed before you send anything.
